“Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air.”

“Ett trevligt hotell till ett mycket fördelaktigt pris! Vårt rum var en svit, med mycket gott om plats. På bottenvåningen finns en restaurang som är öppen dygnet runt, med traditionell arbetarmat, mycket god och ofattbart billig. Kaffet är gott. Alldeles utanför hotellet finns en stor och riklig frukt- och grönsaksmarknad. På minussidan är att sängen inte har samma komfort som rummet i övrigt; den har begränsad fjädring. Det tar över en halvtimma att ta sig till centrum via spårvagn och……

“It is a Soviet era construction. It is a basic hotel. It did have all the basic amenities, and a refrigerator.”

“The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. Specifically, I was woken up by the loud door-slamming noises from the neighboring guests between 12:30 AM and 1:40 AM. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It seems……

“I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.”
