“Wonderful for our family vacation. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean. Loved seeing and hearing the loons on the lake. Nisswa is adorable. Loved the Wednesday turtle race. Rented a boat for a day on gull lake. ”

“Accommodations and venue was as good as described. The kids really enjoyed the “Sports court”. A touch tricky to find with hard to see sign but everything was great. We would stay here again if in town. ”

“We were very happy with the whole place, inside and out. There is plenty of sleeping, we had 8 adults and 5 children from the ages of 2 to 15. Lots of things to do inside and outside. After staying with all the kids at quite a few cabins over the years this is one of our favorites. When I had to get in touch with the owners about a couple of things they answered in a timely manner and were very helpful.”

“Check in was super easy. The newly remodeled house was immaculate and beautiful. It has great Wi-Fi access. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit and listening to pure silence on a beautiful lake.”

“David’s cabin was a good stay for our family vacation! There are a few things that I wish I would have paid more attention to including the amount of stairs in the cabin, the approach to the dock, the dock itself, and the lack of yard space to play. Dave was very open about the approach to the dock and not being able to wade in or swim off the dock due to a soft lake bottom. However, we had a pontoon rented for a few days of our stay and were unable to utilize the dock to due shallow water at……

“Fantastic house! It exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. We came to MN for a family reunion and this house was close and has a lot of really nice amenities. We loved the design and decor and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice cabin. Everything was as it was listed. Very shallow beach area not good for swimming but we didn’t mind as we brought our own boat. Only downside is no real grocery stores near by. The market in town is far to expensive to try to get groceries for 8-9 people for the week ”
