We stayed here for one night only because they didn't have any more dayd available. The room is a standard room was clean, comfortable, and everything was in order. We were happy to have a refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Check-in was easy. The location is excellent, and they have plenty of parking for all their guests. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect for use anytime from 9:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. My daughter loves the pool. Overall, the price was reasonable considering it's summer. We will return here again next year. We were very happy with everything. Customers served was great!!

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice. This was by far the most unpleasant hotel stay we've ever had. We checked in late and were given a room that was in unacceptable condition - it was filthy. There was no hot water in the sink, and the bathtub was completely clogged, not draining a single drop. When I approached the front desk for help, I was shocked by the response: I was told there were no other rooms available and told us to find another hotel and that they would process a refund only then. This was past midnight, and finding alternate accommodation at that hour was unreasonable and incredibly stressful. After considerable back-and-forth, the receptionist eventually agreed to a partial refund. Even if I were paid to stay here, I wouldn’t return. If you do choose to book this hotel, I strongly advise checking in early and inspecting your room thoroughly - particularly the bathroom - so that you have time to request a different room if needed.

Great location with everything within walking distance which makes life so easy !! Staffs were great !! I forgot the name of the lady staff who checked in for us and she was so accommodating !!! Overall a good experience !!! Two things I want to highlight as I went with my daughter 2 days for swimming in the evening and both the days there were no towels. We stayed for 4 nights and despite putting tag outside our room to clean the room housekeeping never took an initiative !! But overall a great day experience and I want to provide a honest feedback !! Hope management can look after this small issues 😊

Lobby couch had crumbs and was dirty all around the floor. Couches looked very old on top did not feel like sitting down as well as the floor in the hotel and smell from sheets and room in general was a bit off.

The pet room we stayed in (room 121) was in poor condition, smelled bad, and was not set up appropriately. Air conditioning appeared to not work and held a temperature of approximately +25, only one chair in the room, and the sitting area outside the patio doors is not usable as the garbage receptacles and related smell is located in the same area. We did not try other areas of the property (i.e. restaurant). We would not recommend this accommodation.

Sink counter was painted over, with paint coming off.

Looks like someone tried to break into the bathroom, and was not repaired.

Trim around door sawn off, with terrible paint job (see hinge).

Despite telling Guest Services upon check-in that they had garbage piling up on both sides of the front entrance, it was still that way the next morning when we left at 10am. It gave a terrible first and last impression of the property. Very unfortunate.

It was decent, outdated rooms but lobby nice. Clean. Stayed 1 quick night. View from patio doors not appealing. No restaurant on property apparently it shut down. Bedding comfortable and clean. It wasnt too noisy but not quiet either, on first floor.
