This was our first trip to Vero after my elderly parents stopped "snowbirding" in 2022 (after 32 years of coming to Vero).We spent 8 days at the house and had a great time. Jim, the host, was very responsive and quickly helped resolve a couple of very minor issues at check-in. The pool was great and the foilage/landscaping provided a great deal of privacy. The house comes with a 6-person golf cart that was fantastic to use on the island. We used it often to ride up for meals, nights out, beach trip, etc. The beach is very close and easily accessible. You'll also find 4 restaurants within walking distance - a pizza place, Caribbean Hotel where we enjoyed a nice breakfast and the piano bar on a couple of nights, a fine dining at a French Restaurant and an Italian restaurant....all within 2 blocks. The house is well located to access much of the island and hit the key spots.
The wifi worked great while we were there (lowercase password!), and the TV's had a variety of streaming options. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. A couple parts of the house were a bit cluttered and/or showing their age, and needed a little bit of refreshing, but overall it's a great vacation spot. We will be coming back to Vero!
