“Check in is located on the 7th floor. Elevator is small and poorly maintained. Exterior of the property is very unclean and not maintained. No proper signage. Although the rooms were pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. After staying a couple of days, it was better than most in the area, but not a fan at all. However, for the price the value did not add up ”

“All staff are friendly, helped me upgrade to sea view room, wide breakfast selection which I needn’t stand up for the buffet, cause the staffs would fetch for you. They’re very thorough about guest privileges such as free sauna and gym classes. It was definitely a wonderful experience, except my pillow case had black marks one night of my staying.”

“Not a Hotel for International guests. No Food or drink facilities. Closest shops 16 mins walk. Train/Metro 20 to 30 mins walk. Price good. Poor attention to guest. I [aid extra for a suite but I think I got a double.”

“The place was horrible. There were cockroaches everywhere. Mice in the walls that you could hear all night. Everything smelled. The toilet was broken and they wouldn't fix it. There was no hot water The room was dirty The linens were not cleaned at all. 0/10!! I had to leave In one night (booked for 3 nights) DO NOT GO HERE!! ”
