“The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. “Très bonne expérience dans un hôtel récemment rénové. Chambre calme, propre et confortable avec un balcon d'angle (chaises et table) donnant sur les montagnes au loin. Idéalement situé pour se rendre aux bains de lavey et non loin de Montreux. Grand parking.”
