“Convenient for our stay. Clean comfortable spacious room with small sitting area & balcony. Would stay again. Biggest concern for us was “headboard” on bed. Very distinctive look but also very easy to accidentally hit your head on it, as it is a wide hollow metal bar attached to the wall like a shelf. Glass walled shower in room and lack of floor to ceiling walls on two sides of toilet area could be problematic depending upon traveling companion. ”

“The appartment is well situated between Reggio nell Emilia, Modena and Bologna and not far from the lovely hills of the Appenin Mountains hence offering lots of opportunities for biking and hiking. It has a large terrace which invites for having breakfeast in the morning and dinner in the evening. For this we would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped. We would have also enjoyed contacts with the farmer.In summary, we liked this place.”

Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und konnten uns jede Frage beantworten. Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits aber das ist kein Problem gewesen. Alles in allem sehr schön. “The apartment was walking distance from the train station and we found it pretty easily thanks to Google Maps. Emanuela and Davide met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and a good size for us. Nice facilities. Lots of dishes and glassware, which isn’t always the case. Close to lots of attractions and places to eat. Emanuela was very prompt in her responses. She even gave us a ride to the train station when we were leaving and could not get……

“The apartment is larger than reflected in the pictures online, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a lot of closet and drawer space, and extra towels provided. The mattress was firm, as were the pillows, which I prefer, so was very happy with that. There are a lot of horizontal surfaces to set things on, which was appreciated. Some of the furniture is a little worn, but the space is comfortable.Sergio was very responsive and made our visit to Parma enjoyable. ”
