“Der Check-In Prozess lief über eine andere Person als der Vermieterin. Wir haben nie jemanden persönlich angetroffen. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp funktionierte aber gut. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, in einer nachgefragten Gegend - was einzig den hohen Preis erklärt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, direkt nebenan aber auch einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft, und vor allem die Stühle sind deutlicher abgenutzt, als die Fotos dies suggerieren. Es gibt nur einen Liegestuhl und der……

“The property is ok. It feels a bit unloved. The main bedroom blind didn’t work so we couldn’t use the room because firstly there is no natural light, but then the fire risk. The property needs a bit of care, it was hard to cook as the cooker took a long time to heat up. The communication was fine, and I got a partial refund because of the issue with the nlind”

Hin u. wieder Regen im Wechsel mit sonnigen Badewetter.Das Haus ist sehr schön: modern, sehr sauber, gute Matratzen in den Betten, regelmäßig gereinigter Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr schöne Aussicht zum Meer, ruhige Lage.Die Vermieterin meldet sich schnell bei Fragen zurück.Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.”

“We had stayed in this neighborhood in February 2023, and were excited to return. The house itself is lovely, comfortable, fairly well equipped, and with an open view in the back. Sadly, aside from cleanliness and easy access, the house was not well prepared for visitors. It was extremely damp and musty smelling, as if no one had been living there for some time (probably the case.) It took a couple of days for the house to dry out and lose most of the musty smell. Also unfortunate was the fact……
