“Booked for a friend’s 40th based on the photos & description, but the reality was a far cry from what was advertised. We tried to enjoy our stay, but numerous issues were inescapable and caused serious frustration.The morning of, the property manager warned me of a leak. But when we arrived, it was clear the house wasn’t prepared. Several inches of snow and nothing plowed. The place was filthy—mouse droppings in drawers, trash cans with beer cans and cobwebs.
