“We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa, despite the unfavourable weather. Good location for visiting many nice places, tranquil village, very private garden. Jo and Alessia could not have been more helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. We are from Finland, so really appreciated the Harvia sauna!😅 Solar heated pool was not warm this time due to uncharacteristically cold weather lately, but it is a very good size and the shallow end is also suitable for children.”

“We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The hosts are super helpful and the small stores and bars in the neighborhood were quaint and very friendly. ”

“Struttura davvero meravigliosa, dal vivo è ancor meglio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto.
L'appartamento che ci è stato riservato era molto ampio, dotato di ogni comfort (inclusi asciugamani e lenzuola), pulitissimo, con cucina attrezzata e vasca idromassaggio.
In generale, abbiamo alloggiato in 5 persone e ci siamo stati benissimo.
Fantastico il giardino con la piscina.

“Zeer net en ruim appartement. Heel rustig gelegen. Geen airco dus kan warm worden. Bijna alle ramen hebben muggengaas. Eigenaar communiceert ruim op tijd en reageert snel bij vragen. Het dubbel bed maakt wel lawaai als je beweegt of je omdraait. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen als ik weer naar Arona wil.”

“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez notre hôte. Le logement est totalement autonome, climatisé et avec sa terrasse ombragée qui nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur. "Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
