“The apartment is big, very tidy and clean. All I need is fully equipped. It is convenient to get to the attractions because it is close to tram station. I can tell the owner is passion for running the B&B through the decorations inside the apartment. It is definitely the best B&B I have ever stayed in Italy.”

“Beautiful apartment! It’s a lot of stairs and the elevator is a bit scary but it got me to and from every time without fail! View was just as beautiful as the pictures. Close to 2 metro stations, a bus stop, and a bunch of restaurants. Not far from the big attractions either so also super walkable. Host provided water and snacks when I arrived. ”

“Perfect spot for a stay in Rome for a family, 2 rooms sofabed of 4 with all ammenities. Quiet apartment about 10-15 mins from metro station and access to bus, taxis, etc. Fabrizio and Flavia took care of us and it was exactly what we required. Great hosts as well. We had a great walk to Trevi Fontana (about 2.5 to 3 kms) from the apartment and was worth it!Many thanks, Fabrizio.”

“The apartment was very clean and close to the train station. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus to have in the apartment. The air conditioning was amazing, and the owner was super helpful with questions and communicating. The owner also left a wonderful notebook of tips for visiting Rome. The day trip to Ostia beach is worth it. We took the metro all of the way there. The only thing I would advise about the apartment is one of the queen beds in one of the rooms is a pull out sofa.
