This fully self-contained 2-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and convenient stay, complete with secured parking, a pool, and a gym. Located in a modern complex, it provides easy access to all the amenities you need.
The apartment is centrally located, allowing you to leave your car behind and explore the area on foot. Within walking distance, you'll find cafes, restaurants, hotels, shops, the beach, parks, playgrounds, and the famous Granite Island causeway and seafront precinct. For a unique experience, you can also take a ride on the Steam Ranger railway, visit the bluff or Horseshoe Bay, or explore nearby wineries.
As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment. This luxurious apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people, with a king-sized bed in one bedroom and one king single bed and 1 single bed in the other. The modern furnishings add a touch of luxury to your holiday experience. The two-way bathroom offers a spacious shower, a bath, and a toilet, while the European laundry provides a washing machine and ironing facilities. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals.
The open lounge, dining, and kitchen area also provide balcony access and views of the surrounding hills. The spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor seating and a table.

The building also provides an outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, and secure car parking underneath, with allocated car park for one car. Please note that the maximum height clearance for undercover parking is 1.95m. Safety is not forgotten, as the property has a Fire/Sprinkler system and Smoke Alarms.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
