This charming 3-bedroom oasis offers the perfect blend of modern comforts and peaceful retreat, with a large private terrace & 2 private parking spots.
Located in the heart of Langford & only a 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a romantic escape, or a working holiday, our freshly renovated home has everything you need for a memorable stay.
The space
The Space
🌿 Living Area: Step into a spacious, light-filled living room designed for relaxation. Enjoy cozy evenings with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and plush seating.

🛏️ Bedrooms: This beautifully renovated lower suite boasts 3 bedrooms with 1 king size and 2 queen beds. All have extremely comfortable high quality mattresses and quality linens to ensure a great nights sleep!

🍳 Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a family feast or a quick breakfast. Modern appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator. and an oven make cooking a breeze. Enjoy your meals in the adjoining dining area or on the terrace for an alfresco experience.

🚿 Bathrooms: Our pristine bathroom provides all the essentials. It has a bathtub for those who prefer a relaxing soak.

🌞 Outdoor Space: The private terrace is a highlight of this property. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or dining under the stars.

🚗 Parking: No need to worry about parking—our home includes secure, private parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Located in a tranquil neighborhood, our home provides a serene escape while being just a short drive from Victoria’s bustling downtown. Explore local parks, beaches, and charming cafes nearby. The property is also conveniently close to major roads, making it easy to venture out to explore all that Vancouver Island has to offer.

-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-No pets allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house

It did the job

This place met our needs for the full kitchen and 3 beds needed for our group. The property manager was very responsive when we advised we needed air fresheners due to an “off” smell in one part of the unit. Several outlets didn’t work or were loose/dangerous. The rug under the sectional was not the one in the listing and was a stained covered rug. Ceilings were stained, corners were dusty and not cleaned. The scent never did quite go away.
