Dashwood Manor exceeded our expectations. The property was exceptionally well appointed, the staff were absolutely delightful and felt like family and the breakfasts were a culinary delight. Beacon Hill park right across the street was even more enthralling than our favorite Butchart Gardens with water fowl, peacocks and during our visit in M ay a fantastic great blue heron rookery. Our lively view of the water daily showcased windsurfer and kiteboarding along with the dog park, walking and biking paths. So entertaining!!

Great location near Beacon Hill Park (a must visit during your stay in Victoria). The Cambridge Room is lovely with a big Jacuzzi-size bathtub in the room to relax in after a chilly whale watching tour or long walks around town.

Dashwood Manor Seaside B&B lived up to its high rating! From the moment we walked onto the beautiful property and entered the front door, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our room was larger than we expected, the balcony had a fabulous view, and the breakfasts were delicious with large portions. In fact, our favorite meal during our 3-day visit to Victoria was the French Toast breakfast at Dashwood! Oh - can't forget the four kinds of tasty, homemade cookies available to guests every single day. Lots of welcoming touches to make our stay memorable.

The level of service at the Dashwood Manor exceeds all expectations. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and fresh baked goods in the afternoon are fantastic. This was my second stay and I can’t wait to come back. The Dashwood has my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Daskwood Manor Seaside Bed & Breakfast. The rooms were large and well appointed and the breakfast was delicious and generous. They also offered a 24 hr access to coffee/tea/water and cookies in their breakfast area. Friendly and efficient staff made the stay even better. We will be back!

We have been here three years in a row now. The views are amazing, either overlooking Beacon Hill park or the Salish Sea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorating with an antique charm. Many have jacuzzi tubs fitted as well. Breakfasts are great, we had eggs with sausage one day, then French toast and then pancakes. Each day with a fruit cup and hash browns and bacon as well, delicious. Easy fifteen minute walk, mostly through Beacon Hill park, to the Royal BC Museum, Parliament buildings, etc. Right across the road is the Dallas road walkway along the ocean front. You can’t do better than this in Victoria!
