I got the room with a living room and it was nice and big, the shampoo and soap smell incredible!! There was 4 coffee pods, we finished them lol, it was a quick stay, but the bus stop is across the street to go to the ferry, everything is nearby.

I’ve stayed several times at the Rialto. Excellent hotel in a terrific location. Very friendly staff and great bar/resto downstairs in the hotel. Fair prices for downtown Victoria compared to others downtown. Highly recommended to all.

Beautiful well maintained central property with a lovely bar . No other amenities . On the negative side numerous boarded up properties on the street with street people camped out. s a woman felt I needed to have a companion with me.

We enjoyed a quick one night stay at the Rialto and we would recommend it. The room was quite nice for the price point, and everything was very very clean. We loved the location right close to the bus route and services. We did not experience the restaurant so cannot comment on that. There was no breakfast included, but there was a selection of teas and fresh coffee in the lobby

The hotel Rialto was nice and in a convenient space, easy to walk to places, liquor store and bar downstairs. The room was laid out nice, the towels and linens were all fresh and clean. Tho part of the reason I picked it was the huge tub and I didn’t even get to use it cause only the shower head was working which was taking over an hour to fill. Then there was some cleaning missed on the toilet, left over from previous guests. The staff were kind tho I didn’t interact with them much. Except when my wifi wasn’t working and I had to go down for help cause I wasn’t registered. They also charged me the evening of check in instead of check out. I requested a receipt and only got a receipt for parking and not a breakdown of my bill as I expected. They also couldn’t offer an email they printed it and I didn’t realize til I was across the street at the parkade. They guide you to the parking well and have a little map but ensure you drop anything off as you have to walk from a building diagonal from the hotel. Overall stay was good, would recommend for people looking for a stop over and needing somewhere to lay their head or store their stuff. Outside of the above listed, it was a positive stay.

We were so happy to have received an early check-in. We had an early morning flight and the weather was not conducive to walking around. The front desk staff was able to allow the early checkin. Wonderful!
