Very closed to many many boutique and souvenir shops, China town, inner harbor. The parking in Centennial Parkade was confusing. I did not know that I have to pay before I parked. I ended up feeling a parking ticket which is unfair for a first day being a tourist. I hope the hotel can have some saying to the city about how to differentiate between foreign tourists versus Residence of Victoria

The Bathroom and bed was filthy. The manager tried passing off the filthy shower floor as the result of the detergent they use... Have stayed in lot of hotels with clean shower floors. Left the hotel after first night and stayed elsewhere, could not shower or complete the stay.

We took a float plane from Vancouver and wanted to stay somewhere that was walkable to all the sights. The Rialto was in a good location. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. We had a suite facing Pandora Ave and were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was. The king size bed was a little too soft for us but everyone has different preferences. We had a small kitchenette that we never used, however, we could’ve used a few more glasses. Staff were both friendly and efficient with any requests we had eg more bath towels. We ate at the restaurant once on site and food was very good. The hotel is basic in its amenities and fit what we needed for the few days we were there.

Hotel Rialto is the perfect choice for those wanting to be steps away from all downtown Victoria has to offer. The Building is very clean, the front desk staff were all so helpful and quick to answer any questions, and the room was lovely! The location is amazing, with the downtown core of Victoria right down the street.

Lovely hotel. Our room was spotless and surprisingly, very quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside is parking is kitty-corner, across the street from the hotel which could be tricky for anyone with mobility challenges. There is temporary parking in front of the hotel entrance where you can pull up and quickly unload luggage. We tried not to forget anything so we didn’t have to make any extra trips back to the car. Overall, a very good stay, friendly/ helpful staff and reasonably priced.
