Dropped a bill by accident on our way out of the hotel in our room, we knew about it but we were in an extreme rush to the airport so we called as soon as we left to hopefully have it shipped, super friendly girl answered the phone and said she will check with house keeping and call us back immediately. Didn’t hear back so we called again and a man answered, had the same answer check with house keeping but he kept us on hold, came back a minute later very rudely said “its not here you didn’t drop it here” which we know we did, assuming house keeping picked it up and thought of it as a tip. Also cannot take breakfast up to room can only eat downstairs on main floor even though it’s a buffet style breakfast. Overall stay was just ok you would expect a lot more from a place like this. other then being out money and a customer service rep being a little rude, and the lack of easiness with breakfast. Won’t be back.
