The front desk gentleman was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service upon our arrival. However, our experience at breakfast the next morning was disappointing. The staff member dressed in all black and wearing a black mask had a terrible attitude. They did not introduce anything to us and treated us with clear discrimination, speaking to us in a sharp and unfriendly manner while treating the two nearby tables of white guests completely differently. The contrast was shocking and unacceptable.
Additionally, the hotel room was very small, the facilities were outdated, and the soundproofing was poor. We could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
