“Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up”

“ aceptable, pero se vieron opacados algunos aspectos debido a inconvenientes imprevistos. En primer lugar, nos encontramos con una filtración de agua en el baño, lo cual generó incomodidad y preocupación. Aunque entendemos que pueden surgir situaciones imprevistas, no se nos informó de esta posibilidad previamente. Por otro lado, tuvimos problemas con la llave del departamento, lo que ocasionó momentos de incomodidad al no poder ingresar fácilmente. Este inconveniente fue resuelto, pero afectó……

“O apartamento esta localizado em uma das principais avenidas, e se pode fazer tudo na cidade a pé, não tem preço! Pode alojar 4 pessoas comodamente, e está com todos os eletros, e utensílios necessários para cozinhar, e guardar comida de super.”

“Muy cómoda y muy buen servicio, la vista muy bonita me volvería a hospedar ahí ”

“Tamanho do apartamento ótimo. Tudo bem cuidado e funcionando. No geral, as instalações do hotel são muito boas. A unica observação é com relação à avenida Bustillo, que dá acesso ao hotel, transito nos dois sentidos e muito movimentada, o que dificulta a entrada e saida.”

“Lovely apartment and good communication from host. Super views of the lake from the balcony and the centre of town and transport within easy reach. Unfortunately we had a lot of street noise (presumably from the main square) until 3-4am on two nights…so little sleep! Everything else was great.”

“Overall good, exactly what we were looking for! A little loud but if you’re staying in the city center that’s to be expected.”
