Expedia changed the date for my reservation and I’m still fighting to get my money back. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. I’ve been told twice that we’ll have it resolved within 2-3 hours. It’s still unresolved. I will never use Expedia again!

I enjoyed the facility however having motion censored lights come on at the door and in the bathroom was terribly annoying while trying to sleep. If someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night or in my case I went to my suitcase which was 6 feet from the door cause the automatic lights to come on and interrupted my sleep and the sleep of my bunk mate. This is the first hotel I've been in that had motion censored lights come on in the room. Get rid of them immediately. I won't stay at this facility again when I pass through Barstow.

I requested a ground level room and was told none was available. The first room they gave me the toilet was inoperable. They issued me a 2nd room that had the same toilet plumbing problem!
When I returned the 3rd time to ask for another room a gentleman checking in requested a ground level room and was given one. I again asked for a ground level room and they were able to provide one.
The next morning when I checked out there was a girl at the front desk and I mentioned to her that the first two rooms i was given had toilet plumbing issues and her unprofessional reply was, “Better luck next time”.
There will not be a next time, I was very disappointed in my stay. Your staff should get training on being professional and providing great customer service.
