Avoid Suburban Studio in Vienna, VA at all costs
Suburban Studios is a Quality Inn Brand. Firstly its NOT a studio apartment. Theres no kitchen facility. There is a fridge. Everything is Old and rusted and dirty looking. The cleaning staff do not speak any english (when I asked the maid to clean my room she opened Google Translate). The Shower tap handle requires you to pull it out with both hands. My AC stopped working after a few hours. I called twice and they said they would send maintenance but they didnt arrive. The breakfast is very forgettable and basic (they didnt even have Jam except for some sugar free jelly). The coffee was ditchwater. Please do not stay at this horrible property. The only thing good was the check in with Ms Shante who was friendly and funny and very nice. The rest of my experience at Suburban Studio STANK!

The room was great and the aervice was nice, but the room definitely needed some updating, for example, there was mold in the bathroom on the walls and the room snelled like chlorine, but ither than that , it was a great place to stay in during our vacation!

Our room was clean and the location was really convenient because it was a 3 minute walk to the metro station. The staff was so kind and I booked on expedia with no issues. The only concern I had was our bathroom seemed a bit dirty when we arrived. It was a bit noisy when we arrived but calmed down after 9PM. I would book on the second or third floor due to the noise but overall a great experience. The prices were cheaper compared to other places in the area last minute.

I called to arrange a first floor due to two of the people being handicapped. Not only did they not book our room correctly their elevator was out of service. Unfortunately I won’t chose this location next time.

Hadn’t gotten to the room yet and was approached by a shady male character who asked if he could use my identification credentials for some non- descriptive activity, illegal no doubt, his offer to me was a portion of his many bags of beer, through the night there was the thumping of loud music next door.

Although the room had been refurbished the bathroom had not. Very shabby bath and poor toiletries. The elevator was very dirty and the walkways smelt of cigarettes. I believe there were long stay residents . My key card didn’t work easily . Breakfast was ok , usual buffet choices but the meat patty and egg didn’t look appetizing! Fine for an overnight stop but not longer.

Property needs better lighting. Too many characters walking aroundcat 3am. Parking lot is dark as well. With this lack of security, you are rolling the dice with your life. The signs saying to remove valuables from your car says it all. Safety is not their priority at this property.

Don't judge this book by the pics
The location doesn't live up to the pictures. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. My employees who stayed there all complained about their room in some way shape or form. I am embarassed I selected this property because Tysons was sold out.

I was not feeling safe around the hotel - people following me to my room and knocking on my door. Floor in the room was greasy and slippery. I stayed for 10 min and left again.
