“Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! ”

“This VRBO exceeded our expectations. It is an absolute gem with a view to die for. We stayed there for three days and the location is so fantastic. Right in the heart of the "Wow" district where they have a number of the best Port and Wine tasting rooms in Porto. They are all within a block. The unit is no the top floor of the building with a large patio that has uninterrupted views of Old Porto from across the river in Gaia. Everything is very walkable to tour all the highlights of Porto……

“From arrival to departure we (2 senior couples) were thrilled with the apartment, the ocean view and convenience to restaurants, groceries and transportation. Restaurants and groceries are available within walking distance. Public buses to Porto are available on the same street some 5 - 10 minutes walk from The apartment. The apartment was spotless and kitchen is well equipped. Communication with Marcos was excellent.”

“What a fantastic place to stay for a few days. The apartment is really well equipped and the huge balcony offers fantastic views, especially at sunset. The only slight annoyance with our stay was the constant construction noise during the work week. There are more buildings going up (hardly surprising given the location) and the noise was hard to put up with. This will obviously not be a problem once the new buildings are finished.”

“The Yellow House was clean and comfortable. Paulo’s mother was lovely, greeting us and pouring us port to celebrate our arrival. She kindly showed us the basics of our place, and even walked us down the street to show us where to go and eat. Fado Portuguese was so close, great food, wine and live Fado. Be healthy and reasonably active…lots of hills to climb here, but so much to see.”

“We had a lovely time, the apartment was nice and location was good. The owner was very good and because he was out of the country his brother handled our booking. They set up a WhatsApp group so we could keep in touch. The only downside was the noise from motor bikes late at night even though the sound insulation was quite good at other times.”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und alles was man braucht, ist in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön. Leider lässt sich im Wohnzimmer ein Rollladen nicht öffnen, es richt stark nach Abfluss in der Küche und die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer sind sehr sehr sehr hart. Uns tat der Rücken sehr weh nach den Nächten. Die Einrichtung ist älter ich schätze aus den 90ern. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine Kapselmaschine wäre uns für Kaffee lieber gewesen, Filter……

Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast. "房間空間超大，有完整的廚房與廚具(鍋碗瓢盆....)應有盡有，以及有絕美河景與Ponte Dom Luís大橋。在房間即可看波多的日出。但沒有陽台，只有窗邊臥榻區。飯店早餐採buffet式，可與服務人員點各類蛋料理(如炒蛋,煎蛋,歐姆蛋...等)及飲料。游泳池spa池雖然不大但很漂亮，需要預約(每個時段人數不多)。感謝工作人員貼心提醒，可一次預留1時段以上。飯店頂樓有露天bar，有提供酒與簡單的餐點(湯,牛排,三明治,沙拉..等)，滿好吃得且價格不會太貴。"

The metro is at the corner of the hotel, it’s convenient to take the public transportation to anywhere. There are also small restaurants near by, no problem with the kind of food at all. The only concern is the sound proof from the hall, when the children run or screaming at the corridor, and closing the room doors, the sound it really loud and annoying for the people who want to stay in room and have a rest."
