“Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Groß und geräumig, und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer, was sonst schwer zu finden oder sehr teuer ist. Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Das W-Lan funktioniert gut, und es gibt mehrere Klimaanlagen im Haus, mit denen auch geheizt werden kann. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schön, die Betten sind bequem, und alles ist sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, wo man abends schön essen……

“La casa è molto spaziosa, confortevole e ben fornita. Cucina molto grande e spaziosa. Zona esterna ombreggiata. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, molto vicina alla bellissima spiaggia di Sa Rapita. Zona poco servita da locali notturni. Più adatta a famiglie.”

“Wie schon im letzten Jahr war alles in bester Ordnung. Leider können wir 2026 nich wieder kommen, da Haustiere nicht gestattet sind und ich nun mal einen Hund adoptiert habe. Wirklich sehr schade.”

“The 4 of us had plenty of room and enough accessories to thoroughly enjoy this fabulous property. We had a car so we were able to explore in and around the towns from Portopetro to Cap de Formentor and more. Both patios are great and hosted plenty of meals and late night card games. Loved our stay immensly!”

“Wir haben den Urlaub bei Rosa sehr genossen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Rosa die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.”

“Mooi en netjes huis, keurig verzorgd en schoon! Heel comfortabel en rustig, met mooi zwembad. Het huisje is misschien iets afgelegen, maar daardoor wel heel rustig. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door eigenaresse. De koelkast was al deels gevuld bij aankomst, heel attent! De eigenaresse zorgt voor een onbezorgd verblijf! Hier komen wij graag nog eens terug.”

Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
