“El checkin en la web de hoteles pone que es a las 14h, y cuando llegamos a las 14h al hotel, no solo el checkin resultaba ser a las 15h, sino que al ser autocheckin debían enviarte un código para abrir la puerta (habiéndose puesto en contacto contigo previamente), y eso no ocurrió. Nosotros llegamos y NADIE se puso en contacto con nosotros, tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes lo hicieran con llamadas a hoteles y a la dueña del hotel.
Al final pudimos entrar, y aunque la habitación se ve que está……
“Was very nice. Very spacious, right in the centre of Brno. Only thing was the nearby church bells were quite loud at some times - obviously that can't be helped!”
“The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. ”
“A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.”
“Could have been great, but the apartment was not clean when we arrived (hair in the shower, dirty floor and sofas).
Called and got told that cleaning will arrive the next day. But no one came. ”
“Bra planløsning med 2 soverom på hver sin side av leiligheten. Behagelig seng, stor bad og stue. Gratis parkeringsplass rett utenfor. Gåavstand til sentrum. Leiligheten er i toppetasjen (4.) og det er ingen heis, kanskje eneste minus til de som skal ha med seg tunge kofferter. ”
