No quarto, havia diversas amenidades gratuitas, como roupão, chinelo, agua, coca cola, doce, chá, café e muitos itens para higiene, inclusive gilete e escovas de dente. “Acomodação muito bem localizada, próximo aos principais pontos turisticos e proximo ao metro. Existe um mini mercado ao lado com ótimas opções para abastecer o frigobar do apartamento. Isso nos ajudou muito com a falta do café da manhã, uma vez que não é um hotel.
As acomodações são muito boas, cama excelente, chuveiro com ducha muito boa, apesar da ausencia de um box adequado, que deixava o chão do banheiro molhado. O quarto que fiquei tinha ar-condicionado quente/frio, mas a porta balcão não……

“First off let me say that communication was the best! Ignacio is an example of customer service and care. He went the extra mile for my entire family. We had one night where one of my sons required a pharmacy and Ignacio was quick to respond and recommend the right one for my son and the medical issue was resolved. A cortesia do café da manhã é um plus a mais, entretanto senti que os clientes do Ignácio são um pouco discriminados no café. Demora no atendimento além de não serem simpáticos. "位於市中心去睇Tango去五月廣場去搭巴士到雅典人書店推分場等等都很方便，酒店樓下有廿四小時便利店對面有廿四小時餐廳，很出名的百年老店咖啡店亦只需要行3分鐘就到。
酒店小缺點就是對住馬路的房間有點嘈吵，開冷氣要通知服務員，有一晚我想開，但係又懶得通知服務員就算啦，有浴缸唔錯可以浸浴。"
