Large house to enjoy tranquility by the sea

Cozy house with capacity for eight people and outdoor barbecue. Located in a small coastal town, quiet and 15 minutes from the capital. Ideal place to rest, read, relax, tour the island of La Palma and enjoy its trails and nature. It has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room with television, and ample outdoor parking space. Totally equiped.
Beach at 50 meters. Essential vehicle because public transport does not reach the area.

wir wurde freundlich empfangen und es hat uns dort gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet eine Blick auf das Meer über dem die Sonne aufgeht. Fußläufig ist ein Strand mit Bademöglichkeit und einen Kiosk-Restaurant zu erreichen, welches zu einem gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vor allem Fischgerichte anbietet. Für größere Einkäufe muss man nach Santa Cruz fahren Zum selber kochen ist die Wohnung nur bedingt geeignet. Da die Wohnung nahe am Meer liegt, müssen bis zur Straße auf der Anhöhe ca. 3,5 km zurück gelegt werden.

simple, but wonderful

The location is absolutely great, access is super thanks to the new road. Nice and quiet location, great access to the sea. Enclosed property, everything very authentic. Great starting point for trips in all directions with a rental car and the weather is better in the east anyway :-)Of course not everything is luxurious and a little repair would be necessary here and there. But the nice hosts make up for that with their tips and friendliness. I recommend it 100%. Absolutely great for the price.Thank you very much Pedro and the woman :-)

Wunderschön

Wir hatten ein ganzes Haus für uns alleine. Sogar der Nachbar war sehr nett - nur spanisch - Grillstelle, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank´mit Gefrierteil, es war alles da und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Fußläufig das Fischlokal, super. erst klassig bedient und für unsere Verhältnisse schon günstig - sprach auch deutsch - Wir waren ausgesprochen sehr zufrieden, leider waren wir nur zu zweit, das Haus verträgt mehr Urlauber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Wunderschönes LaPalma

Perfektes Haus am Meer

Unsere Begrüßung bei der Ankunft war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, WLAN funktioniert ohne Einschränkungen. Es gibt mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich und eine herrliche Outdoor Dusche. Zum schönen kleinen Strand ist es nicht weit zu Fuß.

Ruhe zum entspannen !

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Meer gelegen mit kleiner badebucht! Wir wurden herzlich von Montse der Schwester des Besitzers begrüßt! Es gab frisches Obst Wein und Saft für die Kinder! Das Haus ist schön geräumig für alle die auch im Urlaub es lieben ein wenig mehr Platz zu haben. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. W-lan für die Kids funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein Auto ist unablässlich, fürs einkaufen und um die schöne Insel zu entdecken. Ein kleines schönes Restaurant gibt es aber im Nachbarort ( 15 min Fußweg vom Haus). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Family holiday

Thank you Pedro and Montse for your warm welcome at your lovely House. Flowers and some fruits/wine/coffee/milk made us an happy start. We had a very nice stay and enyojed our holiday so close to the ocean. We could see and hear it. The house was clean. The beaches nearby was not easy for swimming because of the waves and are not recommandet for kids. A nice restaurant with palmerian food (many locals go there) is in the next village which you can reaches by walking (around 15min) or by car.

Charmante location au bout du monde

Très jolie maison de famille dans un bel environnement. Jolie vue sur la mer, environnement calme et climat très agréable. Maison parfaitement équipée ( il manque juste un lave vaisselle ). Accueil charmant de la propriétaire avec des gentilles attentions pour notre arrivée ( délicieuses bananes de La Palma et vin de l’île) . Seul regret : il n’est pas possible de se baigner sur cette plage en raison des vagues.

Todo bien! La casa tiene una ubicación fantástica y es ideal para grupos/familias. Los espacios exteriores y en especial la barbacoa cubierta son un lujo. Iría bien un lavaplatos y una cafetera nespresso, pero 'nadie es perfecto' ;)

Un lugar maravilloso y una casita preciosa

Los dias pasados en la Casita La Maresia han sido maravillosos! Tiene de todo para hacer tu estancia muy cómoda y sentirte como en casa. Disfutemos de sus varias terraza y de su zona de barbacoa, que fue el lugar preferido para pasar tiempo en familia. Cocina con todos lo utensilios que se puedan necesitar. Camas y almohadas comodas. Baño con suficientes toallas para todos. El paseo por este pueblito costero es obligatorio, lugar tranquilo y con mucho encanto. Sin duda recomendamos y repetiremos en nuestro próximo paso por la Isla Bonita. Gracias Montse

Wunderschöne Gegend – ruhig gelegen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Montse (der Mutter) empfangen. Sie spricht etwas Englisch. Mit unserem Urlaubs-Spanisch hat das auch gut geklappt. Man braucht zwar unbedingt ein Auto, dafür hat man wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer und eine romantische Badebucht. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus mit Rundum-Terasse, Außengrill etc.

Bonita casa amplia y muy equipada. Estupenda zona de Barbacoa. Muy muy tranquila pero a la vez no estás lejos de nada.

Amazing stay, like a little paradise

Everything was great! The house is big and has a super nice outdoor BBQ/eating place. We stayed for a month with 6, the owner is very nice and super helpfull. Ocean really nearby, wifi is fine, etc.

Escaping the winter from Kansas, USA

The house is pretty private, quiet, and close to a small village, which we very much enjoyed. We woke up to the sights and sounds of the ocean, and saw the herd of goats going home at night. The house had everything we wanted and needed, including an area to barbeque, and several places to sit outside. The hot water was limited to just a trickle, we hope this has now been solved. We had a wonderful time on the island, lots to do and lots to see. Everything is at most 2 hours drive away.

Absolute Ruhe mit viel Privatsphäre.

La Maresita liegt abgelegen in absoluter Ruhe. Es sind nur wenige Meter ans Meer. Das Haus ist großzügig mit viel Platz und viel Privatsphäre. Wir habe zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder!
