“The neighborhood is beautiful and the house is cute, backyard was fenced which was nice and separate fencing for the pool was nice but the pool supplies all over under the deck was unsightly and a source of worry for the dogs getting into. Driveway was not plowed and the decks were not shoveled, there was a thin shovel line to the door but the trex decking was super slick and the back porch wasn’t touched at all and was the only way to down to the yard from the 2nd floor deck and we had 2 dogs……

The house was beyond our expectations - comfortable, plenty of room and extremely well equipped. I’d highly recommend AJ as a host, and his properties.”

“My wife and I had never been to Saratoga Springs and were looking for a nice place to stay while taking in the sights. This location was very close to everywhere we planned to visit. It was extremely clean and obviously well-maintained. We brought our 2 dogs and there was a nice fenced in back yard for them to play. I couldn't recommend it more highly and look forward to staying there again in the future. ”

“Great location for a friends getaway weekend! Plenty of room for our group of 4. Updated interior, clean, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. We did not walk to town but it can be done (roughly 1 mile). Good communication with owner The only suggestion would be to additional seating in living area. But we managed just fine and recommend this spot! ”

“14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!”

“We loved Lakeview Cottage. It was spacious. Even with 4 adults staying we had plenty of room. The furniture is sturdy & comfortable. The deck is amazing. The entire property is warm & welcoming.There were games we enjoyed playing. Just all around the perfect place for this visit.”
