“My friends and I visited Saratoga for our 25th year college reunion. We thought to stay on campus, but changed our minds, and I’m so glad we did! It poured the weekend we were there. When it got too wet on campus, we retreated to this lovely home to snuggle under the couch blankets and play the Scrabble game and guitar that were provided. “Our family came to Saratoga Springs for Thanksgiving to spend it with our son who lives nearby and couldn’t travel this year. Excellent communications with an understanding and flexible host. “I booked the “3 Bears Cabin” 3 months in advance of the Belmont Stakes @ Saratoga. We arrived very late at night due to weather & airline delays and drove in on a dark rainy night. We had good directions as well as a special code to get in. The cabin looked exactly as it had in the photos on line and was immaculately clean and in perfect condition. This was a better deal than any of the over-priced hotels nearby. I loved all the custom pine furniture and cute bear accents! The best feature was……

“We had a wonderful stay over the weekend our daughter graduated from Skidmore College. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Saratoga Springs. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, the place was well stocked with basics and we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!”

“The biggest disappointment was that the property did not match the listing. We expected two full bathrooms, but there was only one bathtub, and then one half-bath. The rooms pictured on the listing showed two king rooms, and one double bed room, however the third room was actually bunk beds not a double. “Our family of six had an incredible stay at Brookledge Treehouse Lodge. The property offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed the ice bucket pond, which was a hit with the kids for both swimming and canoeing. The hikes around the area were beautiful, and we had a blast with the various yard games provided. “Keith was amazing and so easy to communicate with. The house was great, with more than enough room. The only issue for our family was the dog. South Shore Road is very busy in that area, and we could not let the dog out without its lead even for a second. Other than that, I would give my stay and the house a 5 star!”

“Our family had an amazing long weekend at the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location to reconnect and relax. This house is the perfect place for a get away; its layout and all of the little extras made it easy to unwind and enjoy the lake. Kyle was an awesome host; providing information before our stay and he was super responsive to any questions we had after we arrived. "From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. "
