We loved sitting at the end of the dock on the chairs that extend over the water, and were thrilled with the proximity to excellent hiking and walkable distance to dining and entertainment. We even enjoyed a fire in the fire pit one night, with supplied wood. Hosts Amy and Shane are excellent, responsive hosts. We definitely hope to return!”

“Perfect size and location for visiting friends and family. The view of the valley is delightful. The unit is attached to the main house but has its own entrance. Clean and comfortable, the room was a bit like a private hotel room in the country. It's a short drive to Verona, Mt. Horeb or to Madison. I brought my dog, who loved the large yard and visiting the nearby dog park. ”

“The property had enough space for our group of 12. The Party Shed was well used. The hot tub was a great size for the kids to have fun - deep enough for somersaults! The beds were comfortable. The workout room was used, the theatre room was great for "down time" - these 2 rooms were accessed through a bedroom. This house has mostly sliding barn doors (every interior door except for 1 bathroom) - so quietness and privacy was compromised. While it was great fun, there were maintenance items that……
