My room was ok, but the bathroom very bad, toilet space very close, you aren't able to seat at the toilet, it was very close to the wall. Room 101, very uncomfortable. Food in general, need more variety and, been in a very nice place in the country, not variety of fruits, juices, and the menú could be , more attractive. The property in general is very nice.

The place was beautiful, super relaxing and pools were very clean. We stayed at one of the villas and was beautiful, clean and the service to the villas was great as we did order a few times to try the service and enjoy our private pool. I gave 4 stars to the service only because the restaurant can use some help, and improvement since the service at the restaurant was ok. We had a dirty glass With lipstick on, had to call our waitress to Come take our drinks order and… while ordering we wanted an appetizer mentioned to the waitress that it was to share and when they brought it, it was a soup! on the description said something alone the lines of corn, avocado, tomato and chips… waitress did not mentioned or advise even though we said as an appetizer to share 😓 next day we went for breakfast and most tables were busy while some tables were not being use but were wet and if the hotel is full why not have all tables ready? Some tables had reserved on them and while asking a waitress to please wiped down a table so we could have breakfast they were talking and said they had to remove the reserved on the tables cause they were not going to be used anymore. So we took the reserved table, instead of waiting on one of the wet ones to be wiped down. Lastly, I wish the had a robe in the room or some kind of robe service… Those would be amazing when coming out from the water 😊

Our room was not properly clean, we found stuff from previous user. Furniture is old and in poor condition. The towels were very old and didn't have enough in our room or pool areas, do not provide hand towels. The toiletries are not enough and very poor quality. Our room was not adequately cleaned, as we discovered items left by the previous occupant. The furniture is outdated and in poor condition. The towels were very old, and there was an insufficient quantity in both our room and the pool areas. Additionally, hand towels were not provided. The toiletries were inadequate and of very poor quality. The price do not match the quality of this hotel.

No habían botones para recibirnos Muy sucio No hay buen mantenimiento de jardines.. muy descuidado Habitación sin nevera No funcionó el TV No había agua caliente temprano Meseros pocos atentos en el desayuno Buffet desayuno muy descuidado ( llegamos a las 9 am a desayunar : varios menú del buffet acabados y sin recoger : mala presentación ) Antes de Pandemia estuvimos en el Hotel Era Bueno Ojalá vuelvan a ser como antes. El check in tardado. Personal ineficiente, grosero y prepotente. Las aguas termales están sucias, se ve la piel muerta flotando y basura porque la gente entra con sandalias o zapatos y nadie lo prohíbe. Además de que el agua da comezón en la piel (he estado en termales en varios países y es la primera vez que siento comezón en la piel), la “habitación de lujo” es demasiado simple, no había agua caliente y reportamos el problema, a lo que el personal se tardó aprox 30 min en responder y para decir que tardarían otros 20min en solucionarlo bajo la excusa de que las calderas se apagan solas a veces (en un hotel de lujo? Inaceptable), le pedí al de mantenimiento si podía ser más rápida la reparación a lo que me contestó groseramente que si tanto me urgía, me bañara con agua fría. En la habitación insisto, de “lujo”, solo había una toalla mediana por huésped y sin opción de préstamo de toallas, lo que me parece precario siendo un lugar de agua. No hay teléfono ni A/C en la habitación, si tienes calor tienes que abrir la ventana, pero entrarán muchos insectos, para room service tienes que ir al restaurante a pedirlo, lo que le quita todo el sentido al room service. La comida ni que decir, pésima y sin opciones de coctelería más que 4, pedimos que prepararan un cóctel y se negaron a pesar de tener todos los ingredientes. Hay telarañas grandes en los caminos entre las termales y las habitaciones, a mi novio le saltó una araña que le picó en la cara y ha tenido hinchazón 2 días.
