“This would have been an easy 5-star but communication was not great. They're messaging me on WhatsApp and I don't have the app nor did I know I needed it. Once we got through that all was well. The apartment was perfect.”

“It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! ”

“This property was literally next to Seville Cathedral and Alcazar walkable distance to many tourist attractions. As we communicated that we are arriving late, they prepared the sofa bed ready to sleep.They stocked the fridge with water and some beer, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, highly recommended this place for someone that would like to stay closer to tourist attractions.”

“I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door……

“The staff was more than helpful in allowing us early check-in during the national power outage. Our ground level apartment was well appointed and clean. Roof terrace was a bonus. Only suggestion would be to improve exterior ventilation in kitchen/living area. ”

“Eleven Apartments are right in the middle of beautiful Sevilla, easy walking distance from everything you might want to visit. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we needed - washer/dryer, full kitchen. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Entry to the building and apartment was easy, and felt very secure.”
