Luxury house located very close to the port of Tazones, between Villaviciosa and Gijón, in the town of San Martín del Mar. It is fully equipped with everything you need to spend a wonderful family vacation. It has a private pool, large farm with fruit trees, parking, large living room with TV, DVD, Music, kitchen with large and well equipped dining room and has a total of 5 rooms with a maximum capacity of 13 people. Baby cradle is also available.

Optionally we have boat trips (cost added separately) and fishing on board (same). We also organize events (parties, weddings, DJs, etc ...) and even catering on request.
It is well located, one step away from the Cantabrian motorway (A-8). Exit "Villaviciosa" and then in direction "Gijón" on the AS-256, take the detour "Tazones" at the existing junction at "El Pidal". Once at that junction, in motorboat El Gobernador, turn to "Llames - Liñero", and 1.5 km away is the house. There is no public transport nearby.
