“The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. “Excellent property, 5 stars! Location was perfect with lake views and within 1 block of bus lines, 2 blocks from a beautiful lake walk that stretches for miles in each direction along Lake LeMan. The walk was full of restaurants and shops to enjoy. Also 2 blocks from a grocery and liquor store. Our hostess, Suzy was terrific! She sent an intro msg right away and was quick to respond to any questions we had, even providing suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. The apartment was……
