“Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub grundsätzlich sehr genossen - dies ist insbesondere auf die tolle Lage zurückzuführen. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin unbefriedigend - unklare Regeln und vor allem fadenscheinige Zusatzkosten, welche jeglicher Grundlage entbehren. Zum Beispiel Heizkosten welche nicht entstanden sind. Nachweise gab es keine! Der Erholungseffekt ist aber durch den Stress im Nachhinein aufgrund dieser Thematik direkt wieder weg. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.”

“I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room.
