“This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we got to stay here shortly and in the fall, so we could not enjoy the amazing mosaic pool. The young gentleman at the front……

“Center Apartment Chisinau changed the address where they were supposed to go, and instead of accommodation in 14-floor building on Izmail Street 98, tourists were accommodated in an attic of some building, which looks like a garage with horrible conditions, the address is Stefan cel Mare Boulevard 64.”

“Заявлено как 2х местный номер. На самом деле это будка между лестницей на второй этаж и потолком. Матрац на одного, очень душно, очень шумно так как ты висишь над взодной дверью. Номер забронировал через епл пей ща 108 $. По приезду был в шоке, но деньги вернуть было уже не возможно. Ужас, не повторяйте моих ошибок, снимайте нормальный отель со всеми удобствами.”

“When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation wrong and said it was Expedia’s fault. Instead of a double room from an adult and a 14-year-old child, with breakfast, they had a reservation for a single room without breakfast. The supervisor came and after some negotiations (she wanted us to pay extra in order to stay a double room) gave up, and we were allocated the room initially booked via hotels.com. “We came to Chişinău and didn’t really know what to expect. What a fantastic city! We stayed at the Edem Hotel as it was fairly centrally located, not too far from the zoo and also within walking distance to main roads and a number of shopping centres. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and the colleagues at the hotel were so friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely stay here again! ”
