“The host is very enthusiastic The receptionist checked in quickly and supported me to send my laundry, pick it up the same day so it was quite convenient The high floor room has a super nice view, the equipment in the room is comfortable and new. I stayed on the 30th floor but the water pressure was still very strong. The room price is reasonable I will definitely come back here next time”

“I tried to contact the property as per instructions given via email before our stay. All phones dead and no reply via hotels.com mail system. When we turned up to the Panorama Building the reception tried to contact the property manager without success. We ended up booking another HOTEL because we couldn’t get contact for the keys to the apartment. Will never book another apartment ever again. Hotels.com have refused to intervene and said they cannot get my money back as they too cannot get hold……

“2박하였습니다 걱정과 달리 너무 좋은 풀빌라였습니다 다만, 2일째 밤 11시쯤 들어왔는데 청소가 하나도 되어있지 않았고 수건만 4장 올려져있었습니다. 화장지도 교체하지 않아 불편했고 칫솔 등 교체가 되지않았습니다. 그냥 수건만 4장 놓고 갔는데 늦은 시간이라 따로 연락하지는 않았습니다. 하지만 가격대비 훌륭한 빌라는 인정!”
