“Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading……

“The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. The worst thing about this villa is the super low water pressure. It made showering unpleasant. We only stayed one night so this didn’t seem……

“The host is amazing and extremely helpful to cater for everything requested. The property is literally opposite the most central point of Nha Trang beach with all restaurants and fun spots within very short walking distance. The difference in the stay was totally due to the host Ms Nhi who goes the extra mile to make your trip as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. “The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby.
