“Nice stay in a two bedroom apartment. Typical Vietnamese apartment. I was very happy with it. Had the equipment I needed and access to washer and drier without any problems at all. Everything I asked for they delivered on. Very good. Also in my favorite neighbourhood in Hanoi. Quite, green, view of the lake, restaurants, Bia Hoi, cafees.”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Very quiet and peaceful area which allows for a peaceful and relaxing evening. I was very impressed with the contactless checkin. Everything was communicated clearly through text by staff which made the checking in process very smooth. We loved how the place had your very own washer/dryer set up as this allowed us to donour own laundry without having to pay antyhing for it. Detergent was also provided which was very convenient for us. My only……

“Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all……
