“Great condo over looking the beach. Sat and Sun music from the Arroyo river under the freeway under pass was unbearable!! Constant all night long, No sleep for the front bedroom. Don’t stay there on a weekend! The condo had great amenities. Private pool and pool and jacuzzi on the property. Easy access to the beach. Uber works great there! Air conditioners need adjustments they were very load. Everyone had a good time. The condo also had boogie boards, snorkels and mask. Beach chairs too. ……

“We had a fantastic week at this condo. It's beautifully appointed with everything you could need. The location is quiet and relaxing and just what we needed. There are a few restaurants within walking distance of the condo and Centro San Jose and the grocery stores are just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. Kathleen was fantastic to deal with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. We can't wait to go back again someday!”

Cinco Palms quickly became our home away from home and we especially loved the convenience of being able to leave our stuff around the pool. It was quiet, and felt like 3 "separate apartments" with common living areas. The property had everything we needed and was well stocked with essentials.
