“This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe.
Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely.
There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep.

“Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay.”

It’s was just felt like you were at home with all the little extras that were included.
For example the pantry had food the fridge was also not bare and there was even washing powder ready in the laundry to use. Thanks so much for making it an easy comfortable stay 😊”
