“We waited 20minutes for the front desk lady to arrive. Then, after checking in an hour and a half after check-in, we walked into the room and the lady was still making our bed. Otherwise, clean rooms. ”
“Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know. ”
