Property was fine, management terrible, my car was towed after 5 days parking in same spot, 206 tow bill, tried 4 days to speak with management with several written messages, voicemails, refused to talk with me because they were busy the day I left. Made several calls after going home no response yet?? Poor parking policy, was not notified on checking in. Please note on check-in, whether your a hotel or timeshare guest, it does make a difference. As a result of poor communication, and terrible customer service from management I will never be back at this property. I will call Better Business Bureau, and Attorney General's office. I rarely give reviews, but this could have been avoided.
