Note to self: Never leave your balcony sliding door open, as TONS of flies swarm into your room. I wasn’t aware and felt horrible about it, but the front desk clerks were very helpful & kind. The location was great with shoppes and more all around within walking distance! Our room was cute, and the balony view was well-worth it! Pool and hot tub indoors were comfortable temps and clean.

This hotel is located right in the middle of the boardwalk. The staff was lovely, easy check in/out. Hotel very clean and their continental breakfast was amazing as well as the staff in the restaurant area. Housekeeping were outstanding also. Will stay there again.

One suggestion I have is to have the "Do Not Disturb" signs to allow guests to put information such as "Just need towels replaced". It got confusing at times when we just needed towels.

We had the BEST time here. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly, the property was very clean and the amenities were fantastic. The 24/7 water and coffee in the lobby came in clutch. We refilled the kids bottles every day there. Our housekeeper for the week - I believe her name started with an A, I cannot remember - was SO SO sweet. What a fantastic job they do keeping everything clean. Our complaints were very minor- the A/C kept one room much colder than the other so while our kids were chilly, we were sweating. Also the tub stopper did not hold water in the tub and we really wished the slider had a screen door too so we could have the door open and sit inside. But honestly everything else far outshined any of that. We had fresh towels daily and there was a spigot outside to wash our feet off after the beach. We also loved that you needed a key card to enter through the back, it made us feel safe. The man who checked us in was friendly. The location was A+. The breakfast and the staff taking care of that was A+. Our housekeeper was A+++ and deserves a huge raise for being so kind and thorough. We truly enjoyed staying here and had a fantastic time and may very well return with our kids yearly.
