Very dirty, too many bugs flying around the room, no one came to clean up the room, ask the help desk staff for towels asked for 5 towels and only got 3. Bathrooms sinks is very old and broken. There cracks on the balcony,which is kind of scary. However, location is perfect.

Don’t stay here. The suites are awful! AC is a joke if you want the bedroom to be cool, there is no AC in the bedroom! Had to get a fan from housekeeping. The blankets are old, the curtains have wear & tear & are not sunblock or blackout . The room itself is noisy. The bedroom was on city side not ocean front. That was for the living room. The kitchen faucet handles didn’t actually shut off, you had to find the right spot so it wouldn’t drip. Light switches were hard to figure out & then again they only worked if you found the right one. Some of the electrical outlets (kitchens) didn’t work. No coffee could be made. Hallways had better AC, but wait they leaked so you had to be careful not to step in the water. Ice machine only worked on 7 th floor. There was trash on top of vending machines & ice machines. No food in the vending machine. Advertising it had an indoor pool, it did, but they haven’t bothered cleaning it for now. I guess they think people don’t want to use an indoor pool. This trip was in the beginning of May. Yes I want to use the pool. Parking lot had broken glass behind the stopper for your car so if anyone walking out to beach area could have stepped on it. Still there 3 days later. Check the AC FILTERS in your room, ours was moldy! This place should not be on this list for Expedia!

The property was dirty and nasty. My room had a phone in a lamp in it, but no cords to hook up to the wall no light in the living room no lights in the bedroom just lights in the hallway and the bathroom. It was a real bad experience.

The property is old and not clean at all I had to clean the floor myself since i was with my kids and I had to change the bedsheets too they where not clean too, I don't know if the building is under renovation or what the surrounding too disgusting. The only good thing about this place is the services from the front desk the lady was patient and understanding when I complained to her and she said they will try to do better so hopefully things get better with sanitation and the noise.

We were greeted by Ms.Lina, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful!! The motel rooms were a fun surprise. The bedroom is detached from the main living area! The room was clean. The ONLY complaint was the amount of noise around midnight. I also realize THIS IS THE BEACH and that isnt the fault of the motel! We would love to stay here again!

Toilet was clogged and not working right up until our last day. They tried to fix and then after their second visit allowed us to keep a plunger. Dirty room and dust ruffles on bed.

The property is in a great location. The hallway is dark and the door off the parking lot slams too loud that you can't relax in your room on that floor that will make you jump or wake you up out of your sleep. If you need ice there isn't a working machine to get any from.

Ok, the room was basic, “clean” and what you need for a short stay, staff was very friendly and eager to help, good location and great view….the bad unfinished looking place, very worn on exterior, very cold feeling rooms no art, lamps, rugs things that would make it feel a little better, it was clean just worn everywhere, looks like cleaning staff does a good job for what they work with, pool was also closed for off season maintenance, rented cause they had indoor pool also got two nights even though was only staying one night to have some time to enjoy pool, over all opinions is it’s a very lacking place with bad curb appeal

Building is pretty run down. Staff was very accommodating as we needed early check-in. Rooms floor was not clean very well and can smell hint of smoke. Our deadbolt didn't work so didn't feel safe. There were a few ambulance or fire sirens. It could be because of St. Patrick day. The view to the beach was great.

Property was not clean. Covers had mildew on them, and the mattress. Staff was nice. Nothing like pictured. And they me ruined I couldn’t get a refund.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. I don’t even know how they’re in operation. The hallway to the room was covered in trash and debris. The molding was damaged and disgustingly dirty. The room floors were terrible, the walls and everything in the room was dirty, the refrigerator was rusted at the bottom, the AC was plugged into the wall without an outlet cover, the couch looked like it came out of the dumpster, and the whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes. There is no way I would ever stay somewhere like this. And when I handed the keys back the owner did not care one bit, just said, okay its non refundable.
