I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. I was unaware at the time of booking that a dog show was taking place on the premises during my visit. As someone with allergies to dogs, this was a significant concern and made my stay very uncomfortable. I brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, hoping for a reasonable solution or at least some understanding. Unfortunately, the manager was dismissive and unconcerned about my situation. When I suggested that such events should be clearly noted on your website, I was told it wasn’t possible to display that information online-an unacceptable response given critical it is for guests with health issues to plan accordingly. I was already exhausted from travel when I arrived and, with no other options, had to stay. I did moved to a slightly better room, and I want to extend my appreciation to Grace at the front desk, who was courteous and helpful despite being new. While I had hoped for a relaxing birthday getaway that included a spa experience, the overall stay did not meet my expectations. I would like to sincerely thank Megan Terrell, the message therapist, who provided exceptional service and was the highlight of my visit.
However the hotel rooms are in need of serious upgrades, and the dining experience was underwhelming as well.
Overall, my stay was disappointing and frustrating. I DO NOT PLAN TO RETURN nor can I recommend this hotel to others. Health is serious issue take
