“10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. ”

“We have a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us when we needed it. We had an accident that broke something and the host was very understanding and we worked out a settlement that day. I would highly recommend this property. Just a short drive from several world famous beaches. The house is well laid out and incredibly well equipped with amentiies. ”

“This property was absolutely perfect for large groups. We had our family and their friends 12 total all stay for an extended weekend. The property is amazing. There is volleyball, beautiful pool, hot tub, large accommodative table with a grill. There are many natural large fruit trees on the property to admire. The houses were all clean and the beds were super comfortable. Overall stay I would give 10/10. I look forward to rebooking as soon as I find out the dates I need!! Will definitely tell……

“This rental house is currently for sale, which based on the state of the house it is clear the owner is not putting any effort into the upkeep of this house. The house is in poor condition, including:For a house that fits 18, there is not enough kitchenware to cook for that many people.The one pot in the house was scratched up inside and not usable. We only found one usable pan. The coffee maker had no pot, just a machine to brew coffee. The kitchen cabinets were peeling off. One of the kitchen……

Too noisy, will never come back again

"Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile phone. However, it is great that the Hotel has an airport shuttle and has a free breakfast for the guests."
