“Très bon établissement proche de Spello”

“Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . Il y a différents espaces de vie où chacun peut trouver un endroit calme et reposant . L’hôte répond dans un délai très rapide a toutes……

“I'm having trouble finding the words to describe our stay! The location is breathtaking, the residence was so full of history and charm. Manuela had everything you could ask for to have the perfect stay. She was also a wealth of information about the area, where to eat, shop, explore. The view...amazing. We will definitely be back!”

“Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!”

“I stayed at this villa with 8 other people and it worked well as a home base for us as we traveled to Loro Piceno for a friend's wedding. Pros: There was plenty of space, a well-stocked industrial kitchen (and kitchenette in the side house), each bedroom had its own bathroom, pool was nice and overlooked an amazing view. Cons: The WiFi didn't work (though we were able to get moderate cell service there), the AC didn't seem to work (though it wasn't too hot and every room had fans), soap and……

“The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return.”

“Struttura nuova, pulizia massima e il proprietario rispondeva velocemente alle mie richieste. Appena a 5 km dal centro di Assisi, facilissima da raggiungere. Ottimo l’osteria accanto suggerita dal proprietario. Ci tornerò ”

“Un posto bellissimo!!!! Una vera bomboniera. Le foto dell'annuncio sono assolutamente veritiere. La casa è in una zona riservata e nella natura tra le colline ...il silenzio domina piacevolmente e il panorama è veramente mozzafiato. La piscina è carina e pulita dotata di un chioschetto col frigo utilissimo. I proprietari passano la mattina per la manutenzione del giardino(curatissimo) ma sono discreti e gentili( ci hanno portato le uova fresche del loro pollaio).🤣 Una location……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor……

“Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful”
