“Ich wurde ein Tag vorher per Mail informiert, dass ich eine Kaution vor Ort bezahlen muss. Allerdings habe ich vor Ort keine Quittung darüber erhalten und im nachhinein wurde von der Agentur bestätigt, dass die Kaution über die Kreditkarte geblockt wird. Natürlich habe ich die Kaution die ich vor Ort bezahlt habe nicht mehr zurück bekommen und zwar mit der absurden Begründung, dass eine Person bei mir gesehen wurde. Diese Person war nur zu Gast da und hat dort natürlich auch nicht übernachtet.……
