“We had 3 nights here and it was great. Very close to the beach (easy walk). The owner Ian was great, and couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately the internet wasn't working, but this was not the owner's fault. Otherwise our stay was perfect and in a great location if you want to see the whole island.”

Fantastic location just across from the jetty/bay, and we loved the isolation and waking up to the sounds of the bay. Owner was a delight to work with in terms of check in times. “This property is gorgeous. A very private setting with beautiful views of river and bush and we had stunning sunsets to enjoy. The two kyaks were such a bonus as the river was glassy for 2 days while we there. The pool table was fun too even though in need of repair and levelling. A superb spot to go.”

“Comfortable, unique and well designed accommodations in a gorgeous physical setting. We walked the large property and encountered beautiful wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies and koalas. Yael provided excellent, thorough guidance prior to our stay and Lina met us on site to provide further assistance with warmth and thoughtfulness. The retreat is near Flinders Chase National Park and a number of animal sanctuaries, all well worth a visit. We loved our visit to Ecopia Retreat! ”
