“We loved our stay The Millers Cottage. The property is beautiful - exactly the Italian countryside stay we were looking for. The Cottage was really perfect for our family -huge kitchen, cozy fireplace in the living room and views everywhere you looked. A treat was to see our hosts animals - dog, cats, horses and mule. “We were a group of 9 adults aged 28+. The check in process was easy and communicating with the hosts was quick and clear. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The hosts have 3 beautiful dogs. One of the dogs, Lily, is very comfortable around guests and super friendly. The AC was much needed during our time as we had a heat wave the week we were staying, the temperature was 38°C and more whilst we were there. The pool was perfect for those extremely hot days. “Only one item to be aware of, the charge for electricity will be at least €150 per week. I assume that this was because the filtration on the swimming pool was running perhaps 18 hours a day. We visited in mid-September and only used the air conditioning for a couple of hours a day for less than half of our stay, so that wasn’t the issue. Not a complaint, the property is outstanding value for money, just something to factor in.”

“We celebrated the New Year in this wonderful villa with friends and family (five families, including one couple in a separate room). The villa is spacious, perfect for a large group with kids aged (ours aged 9). Giorgio welcomed us with two delicious dishes, 10 liters of wine, and his own olive oil, which was fantastic! We’re already excited about the promised delivery of more oil and pasta, planning to recreate the villa’s charm during the Berlin winter with treats from a local patisserie.The……

“Nice apartment in a calm vicinity. Maybe late September is a little off season, since the refurbishments of other flats in the building were going on and the paek season nearby service facilities were closed. We had a mixed pallette of weather, from wind and rain to bright sunshine. But the sea was still lovely during the sunny days and with the help of our car it was a perfect base for exploring eastern Sicily!”
