“We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . “Our visit formed to a stressful start after Ristine phoned us to tell we were double booked for Lodge 70. However within an hour she had found us alternative accommodation and we had a lovely stay at Pinnacle Point. Ristine was always available and helpful, and when we really appreciated her calmness and ability to sort out the problem. If we visit Pinnacle Point again we will certainly use Ristine for our accommodation ”

“There is a new trend in hotel design worldwide which this hotel follows and it needs to stop. Not having proper walls and doors in bathrooms within the room. There is no privacy since the walls are now made of cristal so all the bedroom is illuminated by the bathroom, and the doors don't shot so noise and smell flow into the bedroom effortlessly. There is no way of going into the bathroom and not waking up other people in the room. It's a nightmare when traveling with friends and work……
