“Very good service by the reception-personel.”

“Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Unser Start war etwas holprig, da wir nachmittags eincheckten und zum Abend auf einmal eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit einer Karte unser Zimmer öffnete und in unserem Hotelzimmer stand. Das fanden wir selbstverständlich etwas merkwürdig und waren eher weniger erfreut darüber. Für uns als Deutsche war es zudem etwas ungewöhnlich, dass es für die Bettdecken keinen Bezug gab, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Der……

“Zimmer sind groß genug für 2 personen. Frühstück ist stark ausbaufähig. In der zeit juni wird wohl nicht so stark auf vielfalt und frische gelegt. Brötchen wsren teilweise hart oder auch vortag. Obst ein bisschen vorhanden, orangen allerdings mehr zum pressen geeignet als zum normalen verzehr. Kiwis matschig. Melonen gab es die ersten tage überhaupt nicht, erst nach einer beschwerde oder anmerkung von wahrscheinlich auch mehreren gästen wurde es am 3ten tag mit angeboten. Pool könnte auch……

“We arrived early, but our room was ready. We were able to head right out to the beach (5 min walk). The room was clean & comfortable. We sat out on the balcony at night after a wonderful meal nearby. The staff was helpful & friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Ksamil!”

“A quick overnight stay, but it was in a lovely area with a lovely view. The fromt desk was helpful, the room huge, and aside from a rooster crowing ar 4:30 am, our trip was great. Really nich breakfast on the rooftop terrace was perfect - a great view, great weather, and good food.”

“The room had an excellent view to the ocean. The property has been recently renovated in parts and was impressively clean (not only room but also the surroundings). The pool was full at of May, and we really enjoyed it! I definitely recomend it. Value for money! ”

“We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay in a large triple room with a big balcony overlooking the pool and outside seating area. The bathroom was great with plenty of towels, constant hot water and a good shower to look forward to after a day at the beach. Our room had a good size fridge but no kettle for hot drinks although they could be purchased at the bar downstairs for an extremely reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and polite, always doing their best to accommodate us. The pool was……
